火麻仁油对家蚕寿命影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察火麻仁油对家蚕寿命的影响。方法:将300条家蚕随机分为空白对照组和火麻仁油高、中、低剂量组及七宝美髯丸阳性对照组,每组60条,雌雄各半。将药液涂抹于新鲜桑叶上喂食,4龄期内用药3次,5龄期内用药6次,观察家蚕生长生存情况及耐饥饿时间。结果:火麻仁油各剂量均能显著延长家蚕幼虫生长期,提高家蚕对饥饿的耐受能力,显著延长雄性家蚕全生存期;火麻仁油高剂量能延长雌性家蚕全生存期。结论:火麻仁油具有一定的延缓衰老作用,具有进一步研究开发的价值。Objective： To observe the effects of Hemp Fruit Oil on the life span of silkworm. Methods： 300 silkworms were divided into 5 groups randomly, including blank control group, three Hemp Fruit oil dose （high,middle and low） groups, positive control group, 30 male silkworms and 30 female silkworms in each group. The silkworms were feeded by fresh mulberry leaves which were painted with different drugs. They were feeded 3 times during the 4th life stage and 6 times during 5th life stage. The growth statural of silkworms and the time of anti-starve were observed and recorded. Results： Each dose of the Hemp Fruit oil can prolong the larva＇s living span, improve the anti-starve potentia of silkworm and prolong their whole life span significantly. Conculsions： Hemp Fruit oil has some effectivenesses of postphoning aging and it is worthy studying further.
