摘  要:在四缸直喷增压中冷柴油机上,对柴油机采用改进机体、斜齿正时齿轮、铸铝气门室盖、铸铝油底壳及油底壳加强板、扭振减振器等降噪措施,并在半消声噪声试验室对整机噪声进行了测试。结果表明:各降噪方案均可获得一定的降噪效果,采用一系列方案后柴油机整机声功率级降低了3.7dB(A)。Some measures to reduce noise such as modifying engine body, using bevel timing gear wheel, using east aluminum valve ease and crankcase oil tray appending reinforcing plate, and modifying the torsional vibration damper in a four cylinder direct injection turbo charge inter - cooling diesel engine are adopted in this paper. Meanwhile the noise of the engine is measured in a semi silence test room. The result shows that every measure can reduce the noise of the engine, and it can be reduced 3.7dB by using the whole measures.
