摘 要:无比钢结构是一种新型的轻钢龙骨体系,我国现有的结构软件无法直接对其进行设计和计算,采用有限元方法是目前进行结构分析较好的选择。本文介绍了无比钢墙体的组成及做法,提出了两种针对墙体的有限元建模方法,利用有限元分析软件包ABAQU S6.4对典型试验试件进行了分析,并与试验结果进行比较,验证了两种建模方法的正确性。以6层住宅楼为例,对典型墙体在竖向和水平设计荷载作用下的应力和最大水平位移进行了分析,结果满足设计要求,且两种方法所得结果十分接近,验证了两种建模方法的正确性和可行性,值得在以后的工程中推广使用。WEB light-gauge steel joist steel system (WEB Steel) is a new type of light steel structures. Because the current structural software in China can't be directly used to design and analyze this kind of structure, the Finite Element Method is the suitable analysis method for the structural analysis of WEB Steel. The structural composition and construction of WEB Steel wall are introduced. The building techniques of two finite element analysis models of WEB wall are provided base on ABAQUS 6.4 software. The typical sample is analyzed and the results are compared with the test data, proving the reliability and validity of the building methods of WEB wall models. Taking a six-storey residence building as an example, the maximum stresses and horizontal displacements of a typical WEB wall are analyzed under the vertical and horizontal designing loads base on the two models. The two corresponding analysis results satisfy the code demands and agree with each other, further showing the reliability of the building techniques of two finite element modes of WEB wall, which are worth to popularize in the future.
