摘 要:目的:考察浓度、轰击时间两个外部因素对FAB-MS谱的产生及其相对强度的影响。方法:以常用药物白黎芦醇(BLLC)和维生素E(VE)为研究对象,考察不同浓度的BLLC与VE在以m-NBA为基质的FAB-MS谱。结果:BLLC在基质中的浓度越小,其相关离子峰相对强度就越弱;VE表面浓度增大,VE被快原子直接轰击的几率增加,VE被检测的灵敏度提高。轰击时间对离子的影响由样品分子的性质决定。结论:在FAB的离子化过程中样品与基质的混合物表面起着至关重要的作用。Objective:To observe the effect of the occurance and relative intensity of the FAB-MS influenced by the external facters of concentration and bombardment time. Methods:Taking BLLC and VE as the research object, the FAB-MS spectrum (m-NBA as substrate) produced in different concentration of BLLC and VE were contrasted. Results:On the one hand, the thinner concentration of the BLLC in the substrate was, the lower relative intensity of the related ion peak was. On the other hand, as the spread of the surface density of VE, the probability increases that VE was bombarded by fast atom so that the sensitivity raises that VE was detected. Moreover, the affect bombardment time influence ion was determine on the character of molecule. Conclusion:In the process of ionization of the FAB, the surface of the mixture of the sample and the substrate play important roles.
