摘　　要：南水北调中线干线工程建设管理信息系统本身有很多部门功能面(即存在很多为不同部门服务的业务系统),此外,目前中线建管局还有很多在建或遗留信息系统,如何保证不同的业务系统之间安全方便的进行信息共享和数据交换就显得非常关键。本文充分考虑了待集成系统的特点和它们对集成度的要求,采用面向服务的门户架构,从用户层面、业务层面和数据层面来进行系统集成。The Information System of South-to-North Water Diversion middle route project contains many function surfaces; what＇s more, there are still many systems which are built or being built. How to share and exchange data among these systems in a secure and convenient way turns to be a key problem. This paper proposes an integration method based on portal with SOA in serious concern of the characters and integration level demands of the systems to be integrated. It will work in user layer, businesss layer and data layer.
