摘　　要：冷库管理信息系统,可以存储各类信息档案,有助于企业开发信息资源,可以方便快捷的进行物资入库、出库、转户、调户、库存费用计算等功能,优化企业管理,实现信息资源共享,提高劳动生产力,为用户提供充足的信息和快速的数据处理手段。我们以基本数据设置模块中的部门设置子模块为重点,介绍其设计方法。The inventory management information system of Refrigerant can archive all kinds of information documents. Therefore, the system improves the efficiency of exploiting information resources, managing input/output records, transferring/switching accounts, and computing various expenses. Moreover, it achieves information resource sharing, improving productivity, providing large amount information and expeditious information processing methods. In this paper, we take a sub-module, the department setup, of the data setup module as an example to introduce the program design methodology.
