摘　　要：号码百事通(Any Service of Telecommunication Integration Information Service Platform,以下简称ATIISP)是用于满足用户当前和潜在的各类信息查询需求的综合类信息服务平台。本文考虑到其在电信业务的重要性,为此设计出一种基于XML技术的全国统一搜索接口来整合目前的以省为基础的信息平台。在号码百事通系统中以FTP的方式来上传本地数据,以Web Service方式来进行本地和异地数据信息查询,使得跨地域,跨业务的信息得到共享,发挥全国电信的规模效应,提高中国电信的差异化服务。Any Service of Telecommunication Integration Information Service Platform （ASTIISP） is information service integration platform to satisfy the user for all kinds of information query. Considering its importance in the telecommunication service, the paper present a unified search interface based on XML to integrate each province＇s information service platform. In the model, select FTP to upload local information data and Web Service to query information in local or different region and service, so that the system can take the advantage of nationwide telecom network and has a good advance of the differences of Services of China telecom.
