摘　　要：现有HIS的设计模式沿用古老的面向过程的软件开发方式,根本无法保证体系庞大的医疗系统产品的质量。结构化的设计方法按医院流程分类设计关系型数据库,关系型数据库的结构一旦构成,就很难改变。但在面向对象的设计模式下,本文就针对现有的这种设计模式提出在HIS系统开发的过程中采用分层的模块化模块化设计思想,针对医院的门诊部分采用分层的模块化设计,介绍了在分层的模块化设计中各个模块间的路由规则,这给HIS系统的开发带来了极大的方便.The design mode of the current HIS along use the ancient facing to the software development method of the process, the root can＇t guarantee the quantity of the huge medical treatment in system product.The design method that construction turn presses hospital process classification design relation type database, relating to the construction of the type database once constitute, very dif- ficult change.But adopt the mold a road for turning design, introducing mold in layering piece turning each mold in inside in design a that the mold an out-patient service for turning mold piece turning design thoughting, aiming at hospital part of the layering adopt layering in design mode that face to object nextly, this text aim at currently this kind of design mode put forward at HIS system development of process from the rule, this development for the system of HIS brought biggest of convenience.
