摘 要:本研究的目的在于建立应用Doppler能量图进行血流量测定的方法。应用标准预设的超声Doppler能量图测定体外模拟循环系统管道内流体的Doppler散射能量,观察一定液体浓度及Doppler增益水平时管道横截面上Doppler能量信号变化。利用计算机辅助图像处理求得各水平的管道截面上平均能量强度(彩色亮度),并与实际流量对比。结果显示在一定的增益浓度水平,管道截面上平均能量强度与实际流量之间存在直线相关关系(P值<0.01)。本研究证明在适当的图像设置条件下Doppler能量图能较准确地反映血流量变化的信息。此方法在组织灌流、肿瘤血管定量分析等领域有潜在的应用价值。The purpose of the study was to establish a method for estimating flow volume using Doppler power imaging. At certain concentration and Doppler gain level, Doppler power imaging of moving scatterers in a flow tube was obtained with standardized setting. Average Doppler power intensity (color brightness) was calculated and compared with real flow volume. The results showed that average Doppler power intensity had linear correlation with real flow volume (P<0.01) in proper system setting. In conclusion, flow volume can be accurately measured by Doppler power imaging. The method has the potential value for the quantification of tissue perfusion and neovascularity of malignancy.
