摘 要:目的为了解和分析内蒙古自治区包虫病流行现状和势态,评估十年来防治效果,制定防治对策提供科学依据。方法根据《全国重要人体寄生虫病现状调查实施细则》要求进行。结果共检查了5830人,血清阳性723人,阳性率为12.40%。查出包虫病患者11例,平均患病率为0.19%。各调查点血清学阳性率以白音图嘎最高(27.63%),其次是嘎咳图(20.44%)。患病率以阿巴嘎旗最高,为0.37%,其次是扎鲁特旗(O.30%)。男、女性血清学阳性率分别为8.80%,15.30%,患病率分别为0.31%和0.09%。血清学阳性率50~54岁组最高,为19.72%,其次是65~69岁组(16.28%)。血清学阳性率和患病率以文盲最高,分别为16.94%和0.54%,阳性率有随文化程度升高呈降低趋势。分布以牧民及家庭妇女比较高;蒙古族高于汉族;结论内蒙古自治区包虫病主要分布于牧区和农区。本次调查人群包虫病血清阳性率仍然高于过去调查的结果,提示内蒙古自治区包虫病防治工作是相当迫切和艰巨。Objective To understand the prevalent status and the degree of hydatidosis in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and evaluate on hydatidosis control and provide the reference data for policy-making. Methods Sampling survey was made according to The Executive Detailed Rules of the Survey on Parasitosis of Human Body in the Entire Nation' which was constituted by ministry of health. Results Total 5380 people were performed with serology examination , 730 people were positive with the serological positive rate of 12.40%. there were 11 patients with hydatidosisand and its average prevalence rate was 0.19% . with the highest serological positive rate of 27.63% in Bai Ying Tu Ga county and the second (20.44%) in Ga Hei Tu county. With the highest prevalence rate(0.37%) was A Ba GA county and the lowest Za Lu Te county (0.30%). the male, female serological positive rate was 8.8. %, 15. 30 % and the revalence rate was 0.31% ,0.39 %. The 50 to 54 years age group reached the highest serological positive rate of 19.72% ,and the second age group was 65 to 69 with16.28%, the highest serological positive rate and the revalence rate was illiteracy, and the postive rate decreased with the education levels and housewives were higher than others and Mongoloia nationality were higher than Han nationality. Conclusion hydatidosis was distributed mainly in pastoral and farming area in Inner Mongolia. this investigation showed that the present serological positive rate of hydatidosis were higher than past ,and indicated the control of hydatidosis in Inner Mongolia was an ergent and arduous task.
