摘 要:目的了解内蒙古自治区旋毛虫病流行现状,为制订科学合理防治措施提供依据。方法用ELISA方法进行旋毛虫病血清IgG抗体检测。结果本次旋毛虫病血清流行病学调查19个点,平均血清学阳性率为6.37%,高于全国同期调查水平。地区分布以白旗最高(22.04%),农村地区血清阳性率(6.52%)与城市地区血清阳性率(5.82%)无显著性差异;人群旋毛虫病血清学阳性率以70~74岁组最高(8.57%),女性平均血清学阳性率(5.81%)与男性(7.05%)有显著性差异;经常生吃狗肉人群旋毛虫血清阳性率(9.8%)高于从不生吃狗肉人群阳性率(6.1%)(5.88%);不分生熟器皿人群旋毛虫血清阳性率(4.54%)明显低于区分生熟器皿人群阳性率(7.59%)。结论内蒙地区旋毛虫病流行因素基本与生吃猪肉关系不大,与生吃狗肉不良饮食习惯有关,其它危险因素尚待调查。Objective Analysis on Prevalence of trichinosis in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,and provide scientific evidence for formulation of relevant prevention and control measures. Methods IgG in serum of trichinosis were detected by ELISA. Results 59 investigation points were investigated in seroepidemiologieal survey for trichinosis, the average seropositive rate was 6.73%, which was higher than synchronization level of China. Out of the distributed areas,the seropositive rate in BaiQI is the highest(22.04%), and There was no significant difference between rural and cities regions; The seropositive rate of this people (including the age 70-75 years, eating raw and cats meat usually,) was higher than other people ;and The seropositive rate(4. 54%) of none distinguish of raw ang smallgoods was lower than other people (7.59%). Results The seropositive rate in inner mongolia was correlated to eating raw and cats meat and little correlations with eating pork
