摘 要:目的了解和分析内蒙古自治区弓形虫病流行现状和趋势,为制定科学的防治措施提供依据。方法1.问卷调查。2.用ELISA方法进行弓形虫血清IgG抗体检测。结果共调查8个盟市、17个旗(县区)20调查点1347人,其中,阳性数:86人,平均血清学阳性率为6.39%。地区分布特点以以半荒漠草原景观带为最高(36.35%);人群弓形虫病血清学阳性率以75岁以上人群为最高(60.00%);养猫时间大于10年人群血清学阳性率(27.78%)明显高于养猫少于10年人群;偶尔饭前洗手人群弓形虫血清学阳性率(12.2%)明显高于经常饭前洗手人群阳性率(4.6%)。经常生食牛乳人群弓形虫血清学阳性率(50.00%)显著高于从不生食牛乳人群(6.00%)。结论内蒙地区人群弓形虫病血清学流行因素与养猫时间、不良饮食习惯及卫生习惯有关。其它危险因素尚待调查。Objective Analysis on Prevalence of Toxoplasmosis in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and provide scientific evidence for formulation of relevant prevention and control measures. Methods Questionnaire survey,and IgG in serum were detected by ELISA. Results Investigations of toxoplasmosis were carried out in eight in inner mongolia ,Serafrom 1347 people were examined by ELISA test and the average positive rate was 20.1%,It was lower than the national synchronization level. The semidesert grassland landscape belt seropositive rate(36.35%) was the highest in different regions; The seropositive rate(60.00%) of this people (including the age over 75 years, Feeding cats,dringking milk usually) was higher than other people. Conclusion The seropositive rate in inner mongolia was correlated to the time of Feeding cats and bad diet habits and bad health habits
