摘　　要：尽管计算机管理技术有了很大进展,但仍然存在许多问题,如:不满足多层次用户的管理需要、不具备多方面的管理功能、不适应多阶段的管理过程、人机不够协调、智能化水平不够高等。智能管理系统是人工智能与管理信息系统相结合的产物,具有自动处理和自适应能力。探讨了智能管理系统的发展及分类,提出了应用机器学习来解决问题的方法。There are lots of problems existing in management information system （MIS） despite of great progress made in Management Science by means of computer technology. These problems include failure to meet the demands of multi-layer customers, lack of multiple functions and weak course for enterprise management, low intelligent level, etc. Intelligent management system, which consists of MIS and artificial intelligence （AI）, is an integrated system capable of automatic processing and self- adaptability. Tracing down the development of Intelligent Management System （IMS）, this paper presents a method by applying Machine Learning （ML） to MIS to solve such weaknesses.
