摘　　要：采用文献资料、现场观察、生化检测等方法,对我国优秀蹦床运动员技术动作、赛前心理训练、身体机能监测等问题探讨,为科学化训练和提高竞技水平提供参考。Based on methods of document reading, field observation and biochemical tests, the paper discusses some excellent trampoline athletes＇ training issues in our country regarding technical movements, pre-contest psychological training and body function monitoring, etc, and offers suggestions on scientific training and on how to improve the competitive level.
