摘 要:分析了拉深筋对回弹的影响机理,试验研究了板料经过半圆形拉深筋后的回弹情况。结合极差分析法,研究了半圆形拉深筋主要几何参数对回弹的影响。研究表明,板料经过拉深筋后板内的残留应力是影响回弹的关键因素;拉深筋几何参数对板料的回弹具有决定性作用,拉深筋圆角半径对板料过拉深筋后的回弹有较大的影响。The influence mechanism of the drawbead on the springback was analyzed and summarized. Experiment was made for studying the springback of the sheet metal that has passed through the hemicycle drawbead. Then the effect of main geometric parameters of hemicycle drawbead on the springback of the sheet metal was studied by using the range analysis method. It is concluded that the residual stress is the key factors that affect the springback of the sheet metal when it has passed through the drawbead. The geometric parameters of the drawbead have a crucial effect on the springback of the sheet metal, and the fillet radius of the drawbead has great influence on the springback of the sheet metal after it has passed through the drawbead.
