摘 要:在管材弯曲试验研究的基础上,对弯管横截面形状变化现象进行了变形分析。认为,横截面形状变形沿弯管轴线非均匀分布,弯曲中央靠近起弯侧形状变化较大,短轴变化率可作为确切反映弯管横截面扁平化的工程指标。在平面应力假设条件下,推导出受横截面长、短轴变化率影响的最小相对弯曲半径的近似计算公式,并通过部分小直径管的无芯弯曲试验和有限元模拟计算,初步证明了该公式具有一定的准确性,经过进一步修正后,可望应用于生产。In the systemic study of tube-bending deformation, the experiment and analysis, aiming at the phenomenon of the shape distortion of the bended-tube cross-section, are carried out. It is pointed out that shape deformation of the tube cross-section is not uniform distribution along the axis line of the bended-tube, the shape tending to start-bending-side in the bending center area changes greatly, the change-ratio of short axis is comparatively obvious, which can be taken as the engineering index exactly reflected the flattening of the bended-tube cross-section. Based on the assumption of the plane-stress, the approximate calculation formula of the minimum relative bending-radius, which is influenced by the change-ratio of long and short axes of the cross-section, is deduced. Through partial experiments and FEM calculation of small-diameter-tube bending without mandret, the formula with certain accuracy is preliminarily proved, and it can be used in practice through further amendment.
