摘　　要：从揭示普通高校体育档案管理问题入手,并分析其原因,阐述高校体育档案的意义和作用,指出做好普通高校体育档案规范管理应健全规章制度、积极开展利用服务作为基本保证和必要条件.The present research intends to identify the significance and funcation of the RE. file in the High Education Systerm.ln order to give a further explanation, the study starts with the issue of P.E.files management in the High Education systerm. The study analyses reasons of the issue and indicates that the standard management of P.E.files in the High Education systerm relies on perfection of rule and laws. And the utilization of all kinds of services is also the necessary and essential condition.
