摘 要:充分发挥桌面虚拟现实技术投资少、易使用、适应性强、应用面广的优势,基于DirectX SDK图形支撑系统,阐述了数字化装配中的产品造型技术、开发环境选择、装配过程中实时控制和路径点两种运动控制方式、装配过程中的碰撞检测算法。分成两步完成碰撞检测过程,基于AABB包围盒的碰撞检测,快速剔除不可能相交的部分;基于基本几何形体(三角形)的相交测试,对可能碰撞的部分进行精确判断。Expounding the technology of sculpting production, the selection of development environment, two dynamic control ways of real-time and path point control, and the method of collision detection about digital assembly. It is supported by the graphics of DirectX SDK giving full play to the advantages of desktop virtual reality, little investment, easy-to-use, strong adaptability, and extensive application. To finish the process of detected bump it divided into two steps. First, to eliminate impossible intersecting parts quickly that is based on collision detection of AABB. Second, to judge the possible intersecting parts exactly that is based on geometric intersecting test.
