摘　　要：介绍了塑料门窗的结构及其型材锯铣加工的特点,分析了门窗杆件的功能和切口之间的关系,构建出窗型加工特征的提取及其表述方法,在此理论基础上,利用VB.net开发了针对型材锯铣加工中心的CAM系统,为提高生产效率和加工质量的稳定性奠定了良好的基础。In this paper, the structure of plastic window and door and the characteristic of sawing and milling machining PVC profile are introduced, and the relation between the window and door staff＇ s function and kerfs is analyzed. By constructing extraction and express method of the window profile machining feature. In this rationale, developed the CAM system of sawing and milling machining center by using VB.net, which lay a good function of enhancing the production efficiency and the machining quality stability.
