摘  要:汽车转向助力叶片泵的定子曲线对降低其噪声起着关键作用。文章对叶片泵产生噪声的原因进行了分析,提出了低噪声叶片泵定子曲线应具备的特性。对比分析了常用定子曲线的特点,讨论了定子曲线的优化设计方案,给出了转子叶片泵的低噪声、流量脉动小的定子曲线,可供叶片泵生产厂家参考。The stator curve of the power steering vane pump plays an important role in reducing noise. This paper analyses the causation of the noise, and brings up the characteristic which the stator curve should have. Contrast analysis of the usual stator curve characteristic has also been done. The paper provides an optimizing design for the stator curve and at last presents the stator curve with low noise which has good performance. These results can be consulted by manufacturers of the pump.
