摘  要:拉延筋在汽车覆盖件拉深成形中起着十分重要的作用。利用拉延筋可以在较大范围内调节和控制板料的变形程度和变形分布,抑制破裂、起皱、面畸变等多种冲压质量问题的产生。在很多情况下,拉延筋的设置合理与否将决定覆盖件拉深的成败。文章借助eta/DYNAFORM软件,模拟某轿车B柱加强板在无/有拉延筋的模具上进行拉深的全过程,通过模拟结果分析比较,确定拉延筋的合理布局及数量,最后结合正交实验法,优化拉延筋的结构参数。The drawbead plays very important role in automobile covering part forming processes. Using drawbead can control the blank deformation size and deformation distribution in large range, restrain many kinds of quality problems from pressing such as crack, wrinkle , distortion and so on. Under many circumstances, setting drawbead even determines pressing success or failure. In this paper, by dint of the eta/DYNAFORM software, simulate all of the drawing forming process of the automobile B column strengthened sheet with drawbeads and without it. Then, compare the two simulation result and deduce the reasonable position and magnitude of the drawbead. Finally, combine with the orthogonal experiment, optimize drawbeads structural Daremeteres
