藏药旺拉水煎剂对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨藏药旺拉水煎剂对小鼠细胞免疫功能的调节作用。方法:通过观察不同浓度的旺拉水煎剂(相当于生药2 g、10 g、20 g/kg.d-1)灌胃,每天1次,连续15 d,对正常健康小鼠多项免疫指标的影响。结果:与对照组相比,旺拉水煎剂能够增加巨噬细胞吞噬功能和具有对抗环磷酰胺(CP)所致白细胞数量减少作用,能增强小鼠的迟发型变态反应并能促进T淋巴细胞转化和溶血素的生成。实验结果与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:旺拉水煎剂对小鼠的非特异性和特异性免疫功能均有明显的增强作用。Objective： discussing the effect of Tibetan medicine Wangla （ Rhizome of Coeloglossum viride var. bracteateatum） water-decoction on cellular immune function in mice. Methods：observing the effect of Tibetan medicine Wangla water-decoction of different concentrations（2 g,10 g,20 g/kg · d）on immunological function index of normal mice. Results：comparing to the control group, Tibetan medicine Wangla water-decoction can promote the phagocytosis function of phagocyte as well as the role of CP played in reducing the amount of leukocyte, enhance the delayed hypersensitivity of macrophage, promote the T lymphocyte transformation and the generation of hemolysin. The experimented results have significant changes （P〈0.05,P〈 0. 01）. Conclusion： Tibetan medicine Wangla water-decoction can enhance the nonspecific and specific immunological function of normal mice obviously.
