防己茯苓汤抗炎镇痛作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究防己茯苓汤的抗炎镇痛作用。方法:采用热板法、醋酸扭体法镇痛实验模型,二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、大鼠毛细血管通透性、大鼠棉球肉芽肿、大鼠蛋清性关节炎、大鼠炎性组织中PGE2含量等炎症模型,研究防己茯苓汤的抗炎镇痛作用。结果:动物实验表明防己茯苓汤对二甲苯、蛋清所致急性炎症有明显抑制作用,能降低大鼠的毛细血管通透性,抑制棉球肉芽肿增生,提高小鼠痛阈值,减少醋酸所致小鼠扭体次数,并能显著降低炎症组织中PGE2的含量。结论:将防己茯苓汤用于抗炎镇痛作用的研究,发现其确有明显的抗炎镇痛作用,并能显著降低炎症组织中PGE2的含量。Objective ： To investigate the anti - inflammatory and analgesic actions of Fangji Fuling Decoction （FFD）. Methods ： Analgesic action of FFD was observed by hot - plate method and acetic - acid - induced body twist method. Anti - inflammatory action of FFD was observed on the models of xylene - induced auricular swelling in mice ,celiac capillary permeability in rats, cotton - induced granuloma in rats, albumen - induced arthritis and the content of PGE2 in the inflammatory tissue of rats. Results ： FFD inhibited the acute inflammation induced by albumen and xylene, decreased the celiac capillary permeability, inhibited the proliferation of granuloma,increased the pain thresh -old in mice and reduced the frequencies of body twist induced by acetic acid, and could decrease the content of PGE2 in the inflammatory tissue significantly. Conclusion ：The study of anti -inflammatory and analgesic action of FFD, obviously observe the ability of the anti - inflammatory and analgesic action of this decoction, and it can significantly decrease the content of PGE2 in the inflammatory tissue.
