中医四诊信息与形神一体观

摘　　要：形神一体观是中医学的重要学术思想之一,体现了人体结构与功能的统一,体现了人体生物属性与精神意识属性的和谐;中医"四诊"是望、闻、问、切四种诊察疾病方法的概括,体现了主观思维对人体状态变化的综合识别。形神一体观的指标体系由反映"形"、"神"本质的中医四诊信息构成,而中医四诊信息的内容,必须反映人体的状态变化,真实体现形神一体观的客观表征。中医重视四诊信息的综合评价,实际是对形神一体的关注,是对生命状态变化的真实客观反映,真正体现了"以人为本"。The view of the unity of body and spirit is one of the most important academic notions of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which reflects the unity of the structure and the function of human body, also shows the harmoniousness between physiological attribute and consciousness ; the Being a generalization of observation, auscultation, question and touching , the Four Diagnostic Methods is a general identification to the variation of the human body done by subjective thinking. The index system of the view of the unity of body and spirit is constructed by the information of four diagnostic methods that shows the nature of the appearance＇ and the mental,while the state variation of human body and the objective phenomenon the view of the unity of body and spirit are revealed by the contents of the information of four diagnostic methods surely. Highlighting the generalized evaluation on the information of four diagnostic methods is focusing on the unity of body and spirit that give expression to the objective variations of the life condition.
