丹参注射液诱导口腔黏膜下纤维性变成纤维细胞凋亡的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:通过观察丹参对口腔黏膜下纤维性变成纤维细胞凋亡的影响,探讨丹参治疗口腔黏膜下纤维性变的机制。方法:将不同浓度的丹参注射液与口腔黏膜下纤维性变成纤维细胞共同培养,显微镜下观察口腔黏膜下纤维性变成纤维细胞凋亡,并计凋亡细胞率及活细胞率。结果:丹参诱导口腔黏膜下纤维性变成纤维细胞发生典型的细胞凋亡形态学变化,凋亡率升高及活细胞细胞率降低呈剂量、时间依赖性,但当丹参浓度及作用时间达到一定域值后,细胞凋亡率及活细胞率变化不明显(P>0.05)。结论:丹参可诱导口腔黏膜下纤维性变成纤维细胞凋亡,且有剂量、时间依赖性。Objective： To investigate Oral Submucous Fibrosis （OSF） Fibroblast （FB） apoptosis induced by Salvia Miltiorvhiza Bunge（SMB） and discuss the mechanism of SMB effects on OSF. Methods： Buccal fibroblastswere cultured with various concentrations of SMB,counting apoptosis and living cell with microscope and analyzing the rate of apoptosis and living cell. Results： SMB induce apoptosis of OSF - FB. The rate of apoptosis increased while the living cell decreased in a time and dose dependant manner. When the two conditions reached one threhold the dependence disappeared. Conclusion： SMB may induce apoptosis of OSF - FB in a time and dose dependant manner.
