疏肝和胃丸对应激大鼠胃黏膜组织血清EGF和TGFα含量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察疏肝和胃丸对应激大鼠胃黏膜组织及血清EGF和TGFα含量影响。探讨该方对胃黏膜的保护作用机制。方法:采用冷水-束缚应激性胃黏膜损伤大鼠模型,在预先给予疏肝和胃丸混悬液给动物灌胃7d后,观察胃黏膜组织及血清EGF和TGFα含量的变化。结果:疏肝和胃丸能显著提高大鼠胃黏膜及血清EGF、TGFα含量。结论:疏肝和胃丸对应激性胃黏膜损伤大鼠胃黏膜保护作用机制可能与激发体内合成和释放内源性EGF、TGFα,促进胃黏膜的新生修复有关。Objective ：To observe the effective of ShuganheweiPill on the EGF and TGFαof the gastric mucosal and blood of rats. To investigate the protectional mechanism of the prescription. Method ：To adopt the stress -induced gastric mucosal lesion rat model ,and were instilled with ShuganheweiPill for 7days, observe the changes of EGF and TGFαof the gastric mucosal tissue and blood of rats. Results ： The protectiong of ShuganheweiPill can remarkblymay increase the EGF and TGFαof the gastric mucosal tissue and blood of rats, and the protection of prescription may be related on the increasion of EGF and TGFα.
