摘　　要：对40Cr调质钢进行磨削强化开展研究,通过变切深和变进给磨削强化实验,分析磨削力和比磨削能,研究强化层深度的变化规律,并对试件的金相组织进行分析。研究表明40Cr调质钢磨削强化具有可行性。This paper tried to carry out test study on grinding hardening of 40Cr steel. Through carrying out the grinding experiments with variable cut depths and feed speeds,the grinding force and the specific grinding energy were analyzed. Furthermore, the changing law of depth of hardening layer was studied, and the metallographic structure of test-piece was analyzed, it showed the feasibility of grinding hardening for 40Cr steel .
