摘　　要：针对国内现有高炉煤气重力除尘器除尘效率普遍偏低的情况,结合除尘理论,提出了几种提高除尘器除尘率的方法,并对此进行了实验研究。利用FLUENT数值软件模拟了除尘器内气流和颗粒的流场状态,直观地分析了实验结果。According to lower dust cleaning efficiency generally exiting at domestic BF coal gas gravity dust collector at present and combining with dust theory, some methods to improve dust cleaning efficiency are advanced and experiment study on which are carried. Gas flow and particle field situation in the dust collector are simulated by FLUENT numerical software and the experiment results are directly analyzed.
