摘　　要：随着信息化、网络化的发展,期刊的国际化和网络化建设已经越来越紧迫,只有加强期刊信息化建设的创新,大力运用信息技术手段,促进编辑现代化、实现资源数字化、稿件处理自动化、办公自动化、出版网络化,努力培养高素质的复合型编辑人才,期刊才能步入国际发展的轨道,才能迎接挑战,走上稳定、可持续发展之路。With the development of information and network, the internationalization and network construction of the periodicals has become more and more urgent. In order to meet the track of international development and meet the challenges ahead in a steady continuous way, we should enhance the irmovation of the periodicals informationization construction with information and technological methods; promote the modernization of editing; realize the digitization of resources, automation of manuscript processing and office work, publication network; and cultivate multi -skilled edition with high qualities.
