摘 要:采用叶长叶宽常数的方法估算大花蕙兰苗期叶面积,其中常数K由最小极差平方和法求得。结果表明:叶片长分成10-20,20-30,30-40cm3个等级,其常数分别为0.840,0.783,0.797。若不分等级,其共同常数为0.797。通过K值方差同质性测验,对叶估算面积与实际面积之间的相关分析和协方差分析进行检验。统计分析结果证明:X(估算面积)=0.797×L(叶长)×W(叶宽)公式适用于叶长40cm以下苗期的叶面积估算,建立此方法测定叶片生长速率具有不破坏性,且迅速、准确等优点,可在大花蕙兰生产上应用。The coefficient method of the Leaf length ×leaf width was used for leaf area estimation of Cymbidium at seeding stage and the coefficient was obtained through LSR anaysis.The results showed that when the length of leaf was 10~20 cm,20~30 cm and 30~40 cm,respectivly,the correction coefficient K for leaf area estimation was 0.840,0.783 and 0.797 respectively.The common coefficient K was 0.797.From the results of Barlett test,correlation analysis and covariance analysis between real area and estimated area of Cymbidium,it indicated that when the leaf length was shorter than 40 cm,X(leaf length)=0.797×L(leaf length)×W(leaf width)was suitable for the leaf area estimation of Cymbidium.The method was accurate and quick for determination of leaf growth rate and was refered to use in the production of Cymbidium.
