摘  要:将春石斛(Den.pink Beauty 'Queen'×Den.pink Gem 'Elegance')在[(22±1)℃,10h]/[(10±1)℃,14h](白天/晚上,下同)条件下处理,处理时间分别为:10,20,30,40d,然后将材料置于[(23±1)℃,10h]/[(18±1)℃,14h]条件下继续生长。结果表明,春石斛在30d完成春化,芽诱导率达98%,且100%为花芽;未完成春化的植株,芽诱导率低,且大部分发育成叶芽。在春化诱导前期,净光合速率增加,可溶性糖含量增加,内源激素GA3含量随处理时间延长而增加,在30d达到最大,ABA在20d达到最高,比处理前高4倍多,表明春化促进内源激素GA和ABA的积累。Dendrobium plants were treated under low temperature of(10±1)℃/(22±1)℃(10 h/14 h,day/night)for 10,20,30 and 40 days,respectively,then they were transferred to 23 ℃/18 ℃(10 h/14 h,day/night).The results showed that the Dendrobium finished vernalization within 30 days,and the induction rate of buds was 98 % which all flored later.The induction rate of buds for 10 days and 20 days(unfinished vernalization)were lower,respectively 5 %,20 %,and most of them were leaf buds.At the beginning of vernalization,the net photosynthetic rate and the content of soluble sugar increased.The hormone GA increased with the increase of treatment,and got the highest on the 30th day(finish vernalization),While ABA reached the highest on the 20th day.Those showed that vernalization promotes accumulation of phytohormones GAs and ABA.
