关于退耕还林后续产业经济效应的调查分析——以安塞县沿河湾镇为例

摘　　要：为了研究退耕还林的后续产业,调整农村产业结构,采用问卷和实地抽样调查的方法,对安塞县沿河湾镇退耕还林后续产业的经济效应进行调查研究。结果表明:沿河湾镇充分利用自身交通便利的优势发展水果和蔬菜输出业,退耕7 a来农民人均收入提高了约2倍。农业产业结构日趋合理,在改善本地区生态环境的同时,农民收入也得到了提高。In order to investigate the economic effects of follow-up industries after the enforcement of converting the cropland to forestland （grain for green）project,and adjust the industrial structure in the countriside of project area,a survey was carried out through questionnaire and spot check at Yanhewan Township in Ansai County. The results showed that the goverment of Yanhewan Township made good use of its transportation advantage to develop fruits and greenstuffs export. Farmers per capita earning increased nearly 2 times, agriculture industrial structure has become more and more reasonable. The local environment has also been meliorated at the same time.
