摘　　要：目的探讨医疗机构使用的不同空气消毒方法的效果。方法以医疗机构Ⅱ类环境室内空气中自然菌作为观察对象,用平板自然沉降法于消毒前及消毒后不同时段采样检测菌数并作细菌鉴定,用来比较空气消毒洁净器、静电吸附型高效除菌空气洁净器医疗机构Ⅱ类环境室内空气中自然菌的杀菌效果。结果两种空气洁净器在有人正常工作的情况下,对手术室空气中自然菌均具有明显的消毒效果,持续作用,可使空气中自然菌数达到Ⅱ类环境的要求。Objective To explore the use of different air disinfection method results in medical institutions. Methods To take medical institutions Ⅱ indoor air environment natural bacteria as a target for observation. Using slab natural sinking method to sample bacteria and measure quantity in different time before disinfection and after disinfection, compared with air disinfection Sterilizer device, electrostatic adsorption-based air cleaning efficiency of sterilizing medical institutions for Type Ⅱ indoor air environment from the natural bactericidal effect. Conclusion Under two air Sterilizer work normally in the operating room, they have obvious disinffection effect for natural bacteria in air, keep using , they can make the natural bacteria reach standard of Type Ⅱ environment in air.
