试论国外资源型城市发展替代产业的经验

摘　　要：培育发展新兴替代产业是资源型城市摆脱资源依赖、实现产业更新的重要选择。分析欧盟、日本、美国等在改善投资环境、吸引外来投资以及发展中小企业等方面的实践与经验,对我国同类城市在发展替代产业方面有重要启示。To develop new substitute enterprises is the important step that resource -based cities throw away dependence and renew the enterprise. The article anaiyses the lessons and practice that America EU and Japan improve the investment environment absorb the foreign investment, and develop minddle and small enterprises and lessons to the similar cities in our country in developing substitute enterprise.
