摘  要:目的建立黄芪中总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法以芦丁为参照品,利用紫外分光光度法在265nm波长测定总黄酮含量。结果芦丁在8~48μg/ml具有良好的线性关系,回归方程为A=0.03923C-0.01290(r=0.99966),平均回收率为98.14%,RSD=1.21%(n=9)。结论紫外分光光度法简捷、准确、灵敏度高,可用于黄芪药材质量控制。Objective To develop a new method for determining the contents of total flavoniods in Radix Astragali. Methods Total flavonoids in Radix Astragali were determined by UV spectrophotometry at the wavelength 265 nm, with rutin as standard control. Results The linear range of calibration curve was 8-48μg/ml, and regression equation was A=0.039 23C -0.012 90 (r=0.99966). The average recovery rate was 98.14% with the relative standard deviation 1.21% (n=9). Conclusion UV spectrophotometry may be a simple and quick approach for evaluation of quality of Radix Astragali with high accuracy and sensitivity.
