摘  要:针对现有电动滚筒减速传动装置承载能力差、结构复杂、工艺性差等问题,将变速轴承移置到油冷式电动滚筒内,形成一种全新的活齿减速油冷式电动滚筒。通过设计计算与分析,确定了活齿减速油冷式电动滚筒的结构形式及零部件结构尺寸。可以看出,由于变速轴承同轴输入输出,且结构紧凑、体积较小,因此完全能够满足电动滚筒的整体结构形式要求。另外,电动滚筒是一种将电动机和减速器同时置于滚筒体内部的驱动装置,由于电动机已达到了其极限尺寸,只能从尽可能减小减速装置的体积方面寻求答案,因此可以说变速轴承的自身结构正是电动滚筒所需要的。Aim at the existing electric roller with its decelerate device that loading ability bad, structure complications, craft bad etc problem, put the variable speed transmission bearing into the oil-colded type electric roller and become a kind to all newly live the pushbeam deceleration and oil-colded type electric roller.This text passes design calculation and analysis and made sure to live the structure form of the pushbeam deceleration and oil- colded type electric roller and parts structure size. We can see,because of variable speed transmission bearing coaxial import and output, and the structure tightly packed, physical volume be smaller, so completely can satisfy the whole structure form of electric roller to request. More- over,the electric roller is that a kind of driving gear to be place in the roller body with the electric motor and decelerator in the meantime, because the electric motor has already come to an its extreme limit size, can from let up deceleration device possibly of the physical volume look for answer, so can say variable speed transmission bearing with itself structure is exactly what electric roller need.
