摘　　要：“黄箱”措施的削减作为WTO农业谈判的重要内容向来为各方所关注。本文跟踪目前WTO谈判最新的进展，在分析和比较国际农产品贸易的主要参与方及中国的主要农产品贸易伙伴的“黄箱”措施的支持水平和削减承诺后认为，从乌拉圭回合开始的国内支持的削减使得主要成员“黄箱”措施从全面支持转为重点支持。As the essential part of agricultural negotiation, Amber Box measures are given high priority by WTO members. This paper tracks the progress of WTO agricultural negotiation and compares the Amber Box support level and reduction commitment of major members. The result shows that from the beginning of the Uruguay Round, domestic support reductions commitment has been making the major members transfer their Amber Box policy from the comprehensive support to key support.
