摘　　要：概述了近年从中央到地方对四川"共享工程"的投入,以及四川省"共享工程"的组织建设情况。根据科学发展观的要求,探讨了"共享工程"和公共图书馆建设的关系,"共享工程"对基层公共图书馆实际产生的和可能产生的影响,以及"共享工程"给公共图书馆全面、协调及可持续发展带来的机遇。The article summarizes some facts last few years, that the money invested from central government and local governments for The Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project （CIRSP）, and the organization system of CIRSP in Sichuan, and so on. To base on scientific concept of development, it probes into the relationship between CIRSP and the construction of public libraries, the influence of CIRSP on public libraries, and the opportunity for whole, coordinate and continued development of Sichuan public libraries which CIRSP has brought to.
