摘  要:目的:测定复方马来酸氯苯那敏酊中两组分含量,为该药提供质量控制方法。方法:应用差示、双波长紫外分光光度法测定复方马来酸氯苯那敏酊中两组分含量。结果:马来酸氯苯那敏和氢化可的松的样品回收率和RSD分别为99.88%,0.29%;101.0%,0.45%。结论:方法简便,快速,准确。OBJECTIVE: To determine two components in compound chlorpheniramine tincture and provide the method of quality control. METHODS: Differential and double wavelength spectrophotometry was applied without prior separation. RESULTS: The corresponding average recovery and the relative standard deviation of chlorpheniramine, hydrocortison were 99.88%, 0.29%, 101.0%, 0.45%. CONCLUSION: This method is simple, quick and accurate for simultaneous determination of two components in chlorpheniramine tincture.
