摘　　要：目的：测定复方马来酸氯苯那敏酊中两组分含量，为该药提供质量控制方法。方法：应用差示、双波长紫外分光光度法测定复方马来酸氯苯那敏酊中两组分含量。结果：马来酸氯苯那敏和氢化可的松的样品回收率和ＲＳＤ分别为９９．８８％，０．２９％；１０１．０％，０．４５％。结论：方法简便，快速，准确。OBJECTIVE: To determine two components in compound chlorpheniramine tincture and provide the method of quality control. METHODS: Differential and double wavelength spectrophotometry was applied without prior separation. RESULTS: The corresponding average recovery and the relative standard deviation of chlorpheniramine, hydrocortison were 99.88%, 0.29%, 101.0%, 0.45%. CONCLUSION: This method is simple, quick and accurate for simultaneous determination of two components in chlorpheniramine tincture.
