摘 要:作为铁路客技站核心工作之一的车底作业安排包括车底出入库安排、车底停留线运用和调机运用3方面的内容,是CTC(调度集中系统)条件下客技站分散自律控制的基本组成部分。以车底、调机运用、车底停留线为研究对象,利用排序理论,以总晚点数最小为第一目标和调机均衡运用为第二目标建立具有柔性流水作业性质的车底取送模型,以客技站股道均衡运用为目标函数构造车底停留线运用模型。运用排序思想和两阶段法,并结合松弛算法提出了车底作业计划表的原始算法以及基于4种解改进优化策略的调整优化算法。实例表明,提出的模型及算法能够快速、合理地确定车底的出入库作业安排、车底停留线运用方案以及相应的调机运用方案,并能充分运用车站的各项资源。Carriage operations arrangement includes the arrangement of placing-in and taking-out for garage, application of parking lines for rolling stock and plan of using shunting locomotives. It is one of the core tasks in passenger technology stations, which is a basic part of the decentralized and self-regulated CTC System. Through taking the passenger carriage, shunting locomotive and parking lines for rolling stock as the research objects and applying the scheduling theory, a flexible flow shop carriage model of placing-in and taking-out for garage is established with minimizing of the total delay as the first objective and balanced using of shunting locomotives as the Second objective. Besides, a model of application of parking lines for rolling stock is established with the objective of balanced using of parking lines for rolling stock. The scheduling theory, two-stage algorithm and relaxation algorithm are combined to design a primary algorithm, then, an improved optimal algorithm on the basis of four local improvement strategies is developed. The instance demonstrates that the models and algorithm can make arrangements about placing-in and taking-out for garage, application of parking lines for rolling stock and corresponding use of shunting locomotive plans quickly and reasonably. The resources in passenger stations can be fully utilized.
