摘 要:对湛江电力有限公司1025 t/h锅炉燃用越南"宏基"无烟煤和烟煤混煤的燃烧特性进行了试验研究,分析了混煤燃烧后的飞灰特征。结果表明:关小周界风、降低一次风速、提高烟煤比例等有利于混煤着火的运行方式,并不一定有利于混煤的燃尽;含氧量与该混煤燃尽率之间也没有明确的相关性;提高混煤的煤粉细度对降低飞灰可燃物含量也存在一定的限度。这些特性与混煤中越南无烟煤和烟煤的燃烧特性差异过大密切相关,提高混煤燃尽率的有效方法是选择最佳混合比例。It's very difficult for Vietnam "Hongji" anthacite, botk to ignite and also burn out. It exhibited particular combustion characteristics, when being fired in a 1025t/h boiler of the Zhanjiang Electric Power Co. Ltd., after having been blended with easily ignitable bituminous coal. Such a way of blending facilitates igition, but not mecessarity burning out; moreover, there doesn't exist a defenite relationship between oxygen supply and burnout rate. These characteristics are closely ralated with the large difference that exists between the combustion characteristics of Vietnam anthracite and the easily ignitable bituminous coal. Therefore, an optimal blending ratio should be opted, accompanied by suitable combustion adjustments during operation.
