摘 要:利用颗粒和液滴间的静电吸引力可以大幅度提高传统湿式重力喷淋除尘器的除尘性能。着重分析液滴荷电而颗粒不荷电的湿式除尘器的工作状况,阐述了布朗扩散、拦截、惯性碰撞和静电捕集等4种除尘机理。介绍了典型工况中该除尘器烟尘颗粒度分布,并通过分析捕集速率(沉积核)的方式对该除尘器的运行优化进行了分析。结果表明:含尘气流输运速度越大,液滴喷射速度越小;液滴几何尺度越小,液滴荷质比越高;液气比越大,越有利于可吸入颗粒物的高效脱除。The dedusting performance of traditional wet scrubbers, based on gravitation, can remarkably be improved by making use of electrostatic attraction forces between particles and droplets. Electrostatically enhanced wet scrubbers, which have only the droplets but not the dust particles electrically charged, are mainly being analyzed and four dedusting mechanism discussed, i.e. by Brownian diffusion, by interception, by inertial collision and by electrostatic clustering. The dust particles' size optimizing the scrubber indicate, that all the fo distribution in the deduster, under typical operating condition, is described and the possibility of 's operation analyzed by way of analyzing the rate of clustering (deposition kernels) . Study results llowing circumstances are beneficial for raising the efficiency of removing inhalable particles, i. e. : higher flow velocity of dust entraining gas, or slower spraying velocity of the liquid droplets; smaller average size; larger electric charge to mass ratio of the droplets and a larger liquid to gas ratio.
