摘  要:由于气化炉类型不同,合成气冷却器副产蒸汽的数量和品位不同,导致在应用于某些类型气化炉的IGCC系统时,优化后采用的余热锅炉在限定排烟温度的条件下,不能满足设计的节点温差。采用GT PRO软件,将目前几种主要型式余热锅炉配置到气化炉的IGCC系统中,通过对全厂技术和经济性能的模拟和比较,以选取最优的余热锅炉配置。Several different types of HRSG systems, which have gasifiers equipped with syngas coolers, are analyzed and compared. Due to type differences, the amount and quality of steam by-preduced by the syngas coolers are also different. Therefore, in systems which use certain types of gasifiers, waste heat boilers opted according to optimization can not meet design pinch temperature differences, under certain exhaust gas temperature conditions. Calculating with software GT PRO and incorporating those types of waste heat boiler, which have occupied the major share on the market, into the IGCC system for steam power generation, the optimal matching boiler may be opted by simulating and comparing the collective technical and economical performance of each respective plant.
