摘　　要：为了简化目前平面位移测量装置复杂的机械结构、降低装置的成本,文中利用HDNS2000芯片设计了一种基于虚轴的平面位移测量装置。该装置利用HDNS2000芯片实现位移检测,利用P89V51RD2单片机实现与HDNS2000的通讯和计数,并通过数码管实现平面位移数据的显示。实验表明,该装置能够以较低的成本实现低精度场合下的平面位移测量,具有一定的实用价值。In order to simplify the mechanical structure of the plane displacement measurement system and reduce the cost of it, this paper introduces a measurement of plane displacement system based on suppositional coordinate axis by employing optical HDNS2000 chip. This device can measure plane displacement with HDNS2000 chip, communicate with HDNS2000, count the pulse and show the figures with numeral tube.
