应用贝克焦虑量表对冠状动脉造影术前病人的心理分析

摘　　要：对160例冠心病病人选择性施行冠状动脉造影术前应用贝克焦虑量表（BAI）进行心理调查和量表的评定。结果显示：冠心病病人对冠状动脉造影担心、焦虑明显高于正常人，其中，年龄低的焦虑程度明显高于年龄高的病人；文化程度高的焦虑程度明显高于文化程度低的病人；而病人性别之间的焦虑程度则无明显差异。提示：对冠状动脉造影术前病人应在做好临床护理的同时有针对性的实施个性心理护理，使病人能处于最佳生理、心理状态接受冠状动脉造影术的检查，有利于检查的顺利进行和减少并发症的发生。Psychological evaluation was conducted preoperatively on 160 coronary diseases patients receiving coronary arteriography by using BAI. Our results revealed that the anxiety of patients with coronary diseases on coronary arteriography was significantly higher than normal permns. In terms of anxiety, it is more scrious in younger patients than in old ones and it was higher in patients with better education than thase with less eduation. No sex difference was found in anxiety in our series. Our results indicated that Personalized Psychological nursing, beside clinical nursing, is helpful in preparing the patients for the coronary arteriography, there by facilitating the procedure and reducing complications.
