摘 要:在电镜下对猫丘脑腹后核内的树-树突触进行了观察.树-树突触由含有少量突触小泡的Ⅱ型树突作为突触前树突与Ⅰ型树突所构成.在树-树突触的突触前、后膜上可见厚度大致相同的致密物质沉着.为对称性突触.在丘脑腹后核内还首次发现了交互性树-树突触.组成交互性突触的两个树突均为Ⅱ型树突,在二者相邻接面上,形成两个极性相反的对称性突触.文内对Ⅱ型树突的辨认标准以及树-树突触的生理学意义进行了讨论.The dendrodendritic synapses in the ventroposterior thalamic nucleus of the cat were stuided. The dendrodendritic synapses were formed by Type Ⅱdendrities, which contained a few synaptic vesicles and acted as presynaptic components, and Type Ⅰdendrities. They were symmetrical synapses withsimilarly dense substances accumulated on the pre-and post-synaptic membranes. The reciprocal den-drodendritic synapses were also found in the ventroposterior thalamic nucleus. They were formed by two Type Ⅱ dendrities, which formed two reciprocal symmetrical synapses on their adjacent surfaces. The identification of Type Ⅱ dendrite and the physiological significance of the dendrodendritic synapses were discussed.
