摘  要:目的探讨动态增强磁共振血管成像(DCE-MRA)技术在血管病变诊断中的应用价值。方法211例受检者采用1.5 T和3.0 T磁共振扫描仪以快速小角度激励和快速扰相位梯度回波序列进行容积扫描得到血管图像。结果204例得到满意血管图像,诊断血管正常31例,动脉瘤37例,动脉狭窄或闭塞65例,主动脉夹层13例,假性动脉瘤7例,动静脉畸形11例,动静脉瘘3例,肺动脉栓塞5例,下肢静脉血栓形成3例,门静脉栓塞7例,门静脉高压10例,布-加综合征12例。结论DCE-MRA对各种血管病变进行准确评价,为临床治疗提供有价值的影像资料。[ Objective] To study the technique points and application advantages of dynamic contrast enhanced MR angiography (DCE -MRA) . [ Methods ] 211 patients underwent DCE - MRA scanning with 1.5T or 3.0T MR scanner and were injected with contrast medium of GD- DTPA. All images were reconstructed with maximum intensity projection (M/P). [ Results ] 204 patients got clear images of vessels including 31 normal cases, 37 cases of aneurysm, 65 eases of stenosis or occlusion, 13 cases of aorta dissection, 7 cases of pseudoaneurysm, 11 cases of arteriovenous malformation, 3 cases of arteriovenous fistula, 5 cases of pulmonary embolism, 3 cases of venous thrombosis of lower extremity, 7 cases of portal vein embolization, 10 cases of portal hypertension, 12 cases of Budd-Chiari syndrome. [ Conclusion] DCE-MRA is a new MR technique to get the vessel images it can evaluate voscular disease exactly and will be of obvious clinical application advantages.
