膝关节内复杂骨折的手术治疗（附65例报告）

摘　　要：目的探讨应用各种手术方法治疗膝关节内复杂骨折的近期疗效及手术方法对疗效的影响。方法2002年1月～2005年12月，应用各种内外固定的方法治疗膝关节内复杂骨折65例，按AO分型：C1型22例，C2型26例，C3型17例，其中开放性骨折14例。结果所有患者均获随访，随访时间在12～28月。骨折均全部愈合，愈合时间平均15（12～23）wk。按HSS评分：优53例，良9例，中2例，差1例，优良率95．4％。结论根椐骨折类型及软组织损伤的不同，选择合适的固定方法是手术成功的关键。Objective To discuss the short - term effect of surgery for complex intra - articular fractures of the knee joint. Methods From January 2002 to December 2005,65 cases of complex intra - articular fractures were treated with different kinds of internal or/and external fixations in our orthopedic surgery department. According to AO principle of facture management ：22 cases of C1, 26 cases of C2 and 17cases of C3. There were 14 cases of open fractures. Results All the cases were followed up for from 12 to 28 months and the factures were all unioned . The average union time was about 15 weeks （ 12-23 weeks） . The HSS scores：excellent in 53 cases, good in 9 cases, fair in 2 cases and poor in 1 case. Conclusion According to the types of factures and injury of soft tissue, it is the key of operations to success that choose the suitable fixation methods .
