摘  要:以改性后铝土矿石为载体,采用两步浸渍法,制备Ni-Mn-K一氧化碳高温变换催化剂。采用活性评价、低温N2吸附、XRD和TPR等表征方法,考察催化剂的结构和性能。结果表明,改性后的铝土矿本身具有一定的变换活性,用该载体负载多组分制得的催化剂具有较好的变换活性。XRD和TPR结果表明,催化剂中具有明显的晶相NiO和K2CO3的特征衍射峰,MnO2与铝土矿载体中的Fe2O3和SiO2形成非晶态复合氧化物。比表面积和孔容减小主要因负载引起,负载活性组分后使耗氢量增大,还原峰温降低。Using bauxite as the support, a Ni-Mn-K/bauxite catalyst for high-temperature water gas shift reaction was prepared by the two-step impregnation. Structure and properties of the catalyst were characterized by low temperature nitrogen adsorption, XRD and TPR. The results indicated that modified bauxite had some catalytic activity for water-gas shift reaction and the multi-metal catalysts supported on the bauxite exhibited good CO shift activity. XRD and TPR results showed that the catalyst had characteristic peaks for NiO and K2CO3 ,and amorphous composite oxides formed from MnO2 and Fe203 and SiO2 in the bauxite. Decrease in surface area and pore volume of the c active components increased H2 consumption and lowered atalyst was due to impregnation. Loading of the the reduction oeak temoerature.
