摘 要:以乙醇和叔丁醇为原料、氢氟酸改性USY分子筛为催化剂合成乙基叔丁基醚,建立了反应动力学模型。反应过程在钢密封间歇反应釜中进行,且消除了内、外扩散的影响。改变原料浓度和反应温度得到醚化反应本征动力学实验数据。实际动力学线性回归方程约为r=kcA1.5cB-0.5,频率因子A=1.4×108h-1,反应活化能Ea=72.51 kJ.mol-1。依据L-H和R-E机理推导出的模型方程约为r=kc′1.A 5c-B0.5,频率因子A′=1.3×108h-1,活化能Ea=70.47 kJ.mol-1。因此,可近似认为表面反应是反应的速率控制步骤。A reaction kinetic model for synthesis of ETBE from ethanol and tertiary butyl alcohol, catalyzed by HF/USY modified by hydrofluoric acid, was established. The experiment was carried out on a closed steel batchwise reactor after eliminating the influence of internal and external diffusion. Intrinsic kinetic experimental data for the etherification were obtained by changing concentration of the reactants and reaction temperature. The actual kinetic linear-regression equationisr r =kcA1.5CB-0.5.with frequency factor and activation energyof 1.4 × 10^8 h^ -1 and 72.51 kJ · mol ^-1, respectively. The theoretical model derived according to L-H and R-E mechanism is r = k'CA1.5CB-0.5 , with frequency factor and activation energy of 1.3 ×10^8 h^-1 and 70.47 kJ · mol^-1, respectively. It was proposed that surface reaction was the controlling step for the reaction rate.
